WHAT'S HAPPENING

We are delighted to say that we are working on a Janet & John 4 which should be ready by the end of April. We are off to take some photos of Janet & John in a week or so.

We are also working onBANDAGED 2, at the moment finding song and matching them to the singers, whilst also looking for even higher profile singers for a few more songs. All very exciting stuff. 

There is one more week to go before the photo competition is closed where you can win a copy of each of the Janet & John CDs and the current BANDAGED album, featuring the Radio 2 celebrities and others. Go to  our website www.charitygoods.com for details

We are moving shopping cart and revamping the website, well when I say we, I mean Norman and this should be all singing and dancing by 1^st April.. No April Fool!

Over fifty years after all of Europe warred on the battlefield, Sounds like Teen Spirit celebrates a group of children coming together with candidly open stories in a battle of songs and sequins, singing their 10 - 15 year old hearts out. Featuring music by; Roxy Music, The Who, ABBA, Sebastian Tellier, Henri Mancini and Belgium's infamous Singing Nun. Sounds Like Teen Spirit is written and directed by BAFTA, Broadcast and Grierson nominated 'best new director' Jamie J Johnson and produced by British indie veterans Elizabeth Karlsen and Stephen Woolley. Comic and moving in turns Sounds Like Teen Spirit captures the innocence of childhood colliding with the awkwardness of adolescence, whilst above all recalling how exciting it feels to be 10yrs old again.

CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT  MALAGA SPAIN

Finally, Jackie Allis has asked us to let you know about her Golf Tournament in aid of BBC Children in Need :

ANTEQUERA GOLF TOURNAMENT
Malaga, Andalucia, Spain
Monday - Thursday, 18 - 21 May 2009
in aid of BBC Children in Need

Once again Alliss Promotions, in conjunction with Andalucia Golf, will be running the Antequera Golf Tournament, from 18 to 21 May 2009, at Antequera Golf Club and Hotel, just 50 minutes from Malaga airport and a 10 minute walk from the town centre..

Our inaugural event in 2008 was a huge success, great fun and we were able to give some £3,000 to Children in Need.  We hope to see the return of our lovely competitors from last year, and a very warm welcome awaits new players.  It is all very light-hearted (though the competitions can be fierce!) and, if last year is anything to go by, there will be lots of camaraderie and new friends to be made.

Rodrigo Villegas, from Andalucia Golf, has again negotiated a special price for us.  The all-in cost for three nights' hotel and breakfast, golf on four days, buggies included, with evening meals on days 2 and 3 is £1,680 per team of four, £420 per person.  (Travel expenses - flights and car hire - are not included).
